The Patent and Trademark Attorney firm of Lambert & Associés has been supporting a wide range of players in economic life in their policy of promoting, protecting and defending their intangible property for more than thirty years.
The firm was founded in Paris by Pascale Lambert in April 1985 and initially developed in the fields of fashion and design.
We then also developed a particularly close relationship with clients in the motorsport industry, and fifteen years later, we opened, at their request, an office in Le Mans in order to be near to our clients in Le Mans and throughout western France.
Fifteen years later, we opened a third office in Perpignan the south of France in order to establish this relationship of proximity there, while also opening a liaison office in Barcelona.
Maintaining a close relationship with our clients has been a part of the firm’s DNA since its inception. Our offices in Le Mans, Perpignan – Barcelona, and Paris enable us to be readily available regionally and nationally.
We also operate internationally. For many years now we have benefited from a network of efficient associates and operators throughout the world, known for their skills and reliability. In order to keep this network up to date, we meet at least twice per year with each of our international partners.
Stemming from founding attorney Pascale Lambert’s own legal background, the firm primarily developed around its legal division, which currently includes five industrial property attorneys and two lawyers.
Over the years, we have also seen the need to address patent issues for our industrial customers. We therefore developed a patent department, which is currently structured around three engineers.
In all areas of intellectual property we analyze your needs with your company. Together with your research and development, legal, and marketing departments, we define the most appropriate strategy for your company, for the present and to position itself in the future.
With this in mind, we take the various steps required to obtain your rights: search, drafting, prosecution, negotiation of agreements, etc.
Our goal is to support our clients and to enable them, partly through our actions, to win new markets, whether in terms of skills or in terms of territory.
The organization of our firm also allows us to assist our clients in the legal defense and litigation of these rights when their markets are threatened.
